All claims in regard to the quality or quantity of the goods must be made in writing to us so as to reach us within 7 days of receipt of goods or the goods shall be deemed to comply to the quality and quantity within the terms of the contract at the point of Order.
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery. Kestrel Print Limited shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they have been used or the quantity is not as per the original delivery.
We have been using ”Kestrel Print” since February 2020 and found their service to be 5 Star.
Keith has helped us tremendously with his advice and experience in selecting colours and fonts for our new sleeve covers for our food containers, which are a total of 14 different colours! This has no doubt impacted on our current market status increasing sales due the popularity of the visual impact of our product.
Nothing is to much trouble for him he wants our business to succeed as much as we do!
